S&S 3D Prints Return & Refund Policy

At S&S 3D Prints, every item is designed, printed, and carefully inspected before it is shipped. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, please review our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on non-customized, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless:

The item arrives damaged during shipping.

The item has a manufacturing defect.

We made an error with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

Once printing has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Color & Print Variations

Because of the 3D printing process:

Slight layer lines are normal and are not considered defects.

Colors may vary slightly depending on filament batches and monitor settings.

Minor cosmetic variations are part of the unique nature of 3D printed products.
